How do I configure an RTK Rover Wizard to connect to Smartnet?
There are a couple of items to consider when connecting to the internet and the reference network as the configuration will vary depending on your GSM setup. If you are using your GSM card inside of the GS14 sensor using the internal modem, see the attached video and Quick Guide.
I only see Ellipsoid Heights and the Orthometric Heights are not displayed?
The reason why orthometric heights are not displayed is because there is no geoid attached to the coordinate system. See the attached video and quick guide.
How do I configure an RTK Rover Wizard to connect to Smartnet using my CS15?
There are a couple of items to consider when connecting to the internet and the reference network as the configuration will vary depending on your GSM setup. If you are using your GSM card inside of the CS15 using the Internal 3.5G modem. See the attached video and Quick Guide.
The C10 Copy tool will not connect to the scanner. Why?
Be sure that your computer's network is set to the C10. In most cases, the warning of 'no internet found' will be triggered. Also be sure the version of the Copy tool matches the version of the Firmware on the scanner. Last, be sure all connections between the computer and the scanner are snug.
